Position: Mortuary Transporter

Description: Responds to 1st calls, Assists funeral directors during scheduled services to ensure customer satisfaction
Location: Beaumont
Schedule Expectations
° Work in shifts of 10 days on, 4 days off
° Works most national holidays
° Normal hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm with 1 hour break, when possible
° Work outside in extreme weather conditions including high and low temperatures and rain
° Some travel for services (day trips in company vehicle)
° On-call minimum of 5 nights per month
Qualifications
° Communicates professionally in person, on the phone, and in writing
° Has a reputation for providing excellent service to clients an co-workers
° Good at multitasking
° Ability to prioritize job demands
° Good problem solving skills
° Work independently and as a team member
° Clear and legible handwriting
° Good knowledge of English Grammar
° Good working knowledge of computers and technology (Microsoft Office, email, mobile
devices)
° Must be able to stand for long periods of time
° Must be able to sit for extended periods
° Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull at least 60lbs
° Must be able to bend at the waist and knees
° Must have a clear Motor Vehicle Report
Education/Licensing Requirement
° Valid Texas Driver License
