Bradshaw-Carter Memorial & Funeral Services is seeking out part time help in an ambassador/funeral assistant role.
Candidates would be responsible for greeting guests during visitations and services, supporting our funeral directors on-site and at offsite venues, answering telephones, assisting with clerical and data entry, and creating printed materials. This position may include care of the deceased through assisting dressing/casketing, assisting our crematory staff, assisting on daytime first calls, and running errands related to death certificates, permits, etc.
This is a position that may work well for students, as we are needing someone primarily to be available for evening visitations and/or weekend services.
An ideal candidate has a driver’s license, excellent communication/phone skills, and is available to work evening and weekend services as needed.
