We are seeking a Funeral Home Manager to join our team. We are changing the culture of our profession positively, and we want YOU to be a part of it!
As a Funeral Home Manager, you will be responsible for directing and leading funeral home operations to ensure that service delivery is above and beyond client expectations. You will also be responsible for achieving the location’s annual case volume and revenue goals and ensuring such growth measures are profitable (i.e., managing expenses).
Licensed Funeral Director in the state of Texas or must be able to reciprocate
5+ years of experience in related field
Bilingual mandatory (Spanish and English)
2+ years of management or leadership experience, funeral profession preferred
Excellent customer relations and actively looking for ways to help others
Professional communication and effective leadership skills
