Legacy Funeral Group is seeking an experienced Location Manager to lead our cremation locations in Las Vegas with compassion, integrity, and a hands-on approach to leadership. This role is ideal for a funeral professional who is called to serve families and understands that great leadership means being present, developing employees, and stepping in wherever needed. The Location Manager oversees day-to-day operations, coaches and trains staff, establishes performance expectations, addresses operational and employee concerns, ensures timely communication between the location and regional leadership, and promotes continuous improvement. This leader also represents the location in the community by developing meaningful relationships with clergy, community organizations, service providers, and other local partners.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of funeral directing experience at a high volume location and hold a current NV Funeral Director license or be able to reciprocate. Candidates should also have previous management experience, good business acumen, strong communication and leadership skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new technology.
