Qualifications
• Current Funeral Director and/or Mortician license, or the ability to obtain licensure in Minnesota.
• Degree in Mortuary Science from an accredited program.
• Strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work compassionately and effectively with grieving families.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $60,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience
