**Qualifications:**
* Current Louisiana Funeral Director license or Internship
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
**Responsibilities:**
* Meet with families to arrange funeral and memorial services
* Coordinate all aspects of funeral services from first call through final disposition
* Prepare and complete all required documentation
* Work closely with cemetery staff, clergy, and vendors
* Ensure every family receives compassionate, personalized care
* Maintain compliance with all state and company policies
