Each transcript cost $10.00.  You can mail the transcript fee in with your request via a check or money order.  If wanting to pay by credit card, you can complete the credit card authorization form and fax or email both forms to the school.  Transcripts will be mailed out once the order is processed (usually seven business days) and payment is received by Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service.
